Robert S. Conrad
President & Founder of The Conrad Group, Inc. in 1988. Formerly of Coldwell Banker in Boston from 1980-1987, Bob was the winner of the coveted “Top 5 Award” from 1983 to 1987. Bob specializes in Landlord and Tenant relations and has been involved in over 2,500 transactions during his 23 year career in real estate. A 1973 graduate of the University of New Hampshire, Bob hold a BA degree in Economics. He remains actively involved in alumni affairs with UNH.  The father of four children, Bob spends his vacation time in Chatham, Mass. and Jackson, New Hampshire.

Gary P. May - Principal
Gary joined The Conrad Group in 1992 after 12 years as a top producer at Coldwell Banker in Boston and Waltham. "Top 5" honors went to Gary in 1986 through 1988 and in 1990. Gary specializes in the Route 128 corridor from Wellesley to Westwood. His expertise includes office and single story product. Gary lives in Needham with his wife Susan, son Greg and daughter Erin. An avid golfer, Gary is a member of the Needham Country Club.

Paul J. McCourt - Principal
Paul started with The Conrad Group in 1988. With a background in both Sales and Marketing, Paul made a very quick and successful transition into the Real Estate arena. In his spare time, Paul organizes and run various events for his non-profit organization, The McCourt Foundation, which raises funds and awareness of both multiple sclerosis and Alzheimer.

James H. McEvoy - Principal
Jim joined The Conrad Group in 1996 after a successful career with Simplex Time Recorder Company. Jim holds a BA in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and an MBA in Finance from Boston College. He specializes in selling and leasing industrial, office and R&D properties. During his career with The Conrad Group, Jim has represented numerous landlords and tenants, including: American Brands, J.Jill Group, Tedeschi Food Shops, Illinois Tool Works/TACC, JL Hammett, Shimadzu Scientific Instruments, Mail-Well and ADP.  Jim is married with 4 children.  Jim is an avid Boston College Hockey supporter and he enjoys golf, reading, vacationing in Cape Cod, and coaching his children’s sporting teams.

Peter H. Cooney, Jr. - Principal
Peter has been with The Conrad Group since 1992. Peter concentrates his efforts on the South Shore single story office/industrial market from South Boston to Plymouth. He lives in Scituate with his wife Dianne and sons Peter, III, Ryan and Sean. Pete enjoys coaching and playing hockey and golf in his spare time.

Bob joined The Conrad Group in May of 2003, after 4 years at Coldwell Banker as an Industrial Broker.  Before Bob became a commercial real estate broker, he ran a successful family construction business.  For The Conrad Group, Bob specializes in the leasing and selling of property in the Industrial, Office and Retail areas.  He is married with 4 children ranging from 9 to 19 years of age. He enjoys golf, skiing and family vacations in Florida.
